Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color or design are normal and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kelseybags.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
